As the key client liaison for a number of Rattleback’s clients, I function like the glue that holds everything together. Because every firm and every client is different, I’ve found adaptability to be the most critical skill in client service. I work hard to really understand how each client likes to work and adapt my style to their needs.
What You Won’t Learn From My Bio
I’m a proud product of the 90’s. I try to live everyday with strong intentions, and even a little love and tenderness (any Hootie fans?). My fiancé and I travel as much as we can — at least once internationally each year. And, I volunteer at the Franklin County Animal Shelter (dogs are life), participate in community outreach through my church, and am becoming part of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio

The Fine Print
Before joining Rattleback, I worked at one of the nation’s leading independent healthcare advertising firms, GSW, as an Account Executive on the oncology team. In my time there, I helped create sales enablement tools, and aided in the development of websites and other digital marketing assets for promotional use. I discovered my acute sense of detail while working as a copyeditor on the multimedia team for PR Newswire. Every press release sent over the wire using a multimedia asset went through my team. So, you had to get it right! I attended the University of Dayton and earned a B.A. in Communications.
